How to Run More Miles (with no injuries)
This is everything I focus on when trying to run PEAK mileage. I said it once I'll say it again I am not a physiologist, I am a nothing-ologist and this is just what I've seen work first hand. Mileage is going to be different for everyone and it is important to remember that these things take time! Good luck to everyone this summer!

Trying really hard to enjoy just running and celebrating when my body feels full of energy. I really like the Invincibles. They're very comfortable and great for easy or long runs. However, my main issue was that the toe box was too wide and gave me blisters. Also, they only lasted for 400 miles before they started causing injuries.
can these guys hit the weights for a second...
Do a new sport, hockey is pretty cool
You are still a baby. Can't judge your body type until you are on the other side of 35. Circle back then. 🤙
what camera do you use to film?
We grind, brother
You’re the man!
thats soooo fast holy nice job
Running with a top ten marathoner in the World. That is pretty cool man, must boost confidence.
Funny thing is that the people judging him are probably overweight and hate themselves so they take it out on someone that is healthy.
Have you received Jesus Christ inside of your heart?
Yeah, you wont be completely jacked as a long distance runner, but its totally possible to add on a bit more muscle and not look so lean. Unless you want the lean look since it would help with running, extra muscle would weigh you down.
Not about to carry the boats
sub 20 gang
hours*
my pb 5k was 4h38 !!!!!
3:12 is nice
Lean, youngster. The word is lean, not skinny. Skinny is some super mushy runway model who couldn't run up a flight of stairs. You are fit, lean. And that fitness will serve you well in later life. Take my word for it.
I currently rock the cloud monsters and invincible 3s for easy runs and zoomfly 5s for workouts. I’m only 2 months into running so I’m doing about 30 miles a week
Keep it up!!
only in the US do u think u look skinny. In my country u are very fit and ur height would put u at model status
Hopefully through time running does Not depreciate
That is my warmup for around 2 miles
As someone who ran cross country in high school i get why he looks the way he does. I was more muscular even when i ran but im sure he is a better runner than i ever was. Personally, i have no interest in running like i have or he does, i enjoy lifting weights and I do my 20 min cardio daily. I know it was hard for me to gain weight when i was his age, and i ate waaay more than he does. Also, he probably wants to stay light to keep his weight down for running.
Imagine if you were traped in a time loop but you'r not recovering😂.
Oh hell nah i can't even run 2k in 16
Wow, it's called life for everyone. You're telling us because there is no money in running unless you're a superstar and track and field are insanely hard. You need money, we get it.😂😂 So this video will get a 👎👎 and I'm reporting you for repulsive material.
I mean it's weird people ask why he's so skinny. Usually the most intense and seasoned runners are skinny as a rail. Just comes with being a heavily active runner.
1:45 i thought i just had a stroke. is this an editing style?
Your content makes me miss salt lake
What are the jump cuts between words????
Running with a group of guys has got to be the best shit wver
Fuck the haters man, you’re a legend
That’s how it feels to play basketball man, people keep telling me to go to da gym but man I love to hoop
If we as people had more money to buy more foods that are healthy then you could run and gain weight with enough food
I have been running 10km everyday on average the last couple of months things a bit...
whats the song at 0:55?
A 10% increase in mileage means you double your mileage every 7.2 weeks. That’s not slow. Good content bro!! Thank you!
Those times are incredible. Hats off to the speedster
This guy could go to the heart attack grill and indulge himself, and not feel at all guilty.
How do you avoid overtraining? If I run 10k then I feel like need a break the next day or I start to get exhausted…
Wow! I really appreciate the conversion to min/km! Thank you for that!
I would like to look like that!!
Reasonable physique for a marathon runner. Can't expect a bulky guy to run for miles.
hey Adam what is Mono ? hope you do heal up fast
If you’re running 100 miles / week, you’re definitely eating right
hundreds of red flags in this video pls take care of ur mental health
#CrossCountry is a disgrace😂 It’s so clearly a track, or are we roleplaying blind people now. 🤦♂️
Love your content for the most part, but I don’t like how you look like a small serving of broccoli.
Actually I take that back. Watched more and realized you’re kind of the worst personality of all types of runners. So I don’t like that either.
